How it all works…

We understand the creative process can vary between companies and designers out there. At some times it can seem confusing. Let us explain how our process works.

Through our online project and client management system we create a client account for you. All project accounts will cater to  individual project needs and can allow specific people to have access to certain projects, if you choose. We can make to-do lists (each item on the list will have a percentage marker to show how close it is to completion), trade files (for documentation on concepts, revisions, final versions, etc), comment forms for each item within the project, sub-projects within a project (for example, the stages of a website or the different sides of a brochure), event calendar (for meetings, deadlines, etc), time sheets, invoicing and much more. With a tool like this we have a clear line of communication with the client about the project(s) at hand and their progress.

Our philosophy is to create an account on one site to hold all communication so that no vital information will get lost in a string of emails, text messages, or voice mails. Project folders will be kept up to date, deadlines will be met, and everyone involved will have access to the projects.
